God Glam It LLC - Return and Refund Policy

All sales are final

Every God Glam It fan is made to order just for you, including custom fans with your own designs, photos, names or text. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not give refunds if you change your mind, order the wrong design, or no longer need the fans.

Check your design before you pay

Please check spelling, names, dates, photos and colors before you place your order. We print exactly what you approve.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us at bgannsales@gmail.com within 72 hours (3 days) of the time your carrier's tracking shows "Delivered." Please include:

Your order number
Clear photos of every damaged fan and the shipping box
Each damaged spot circled or marked with a Sharpie

Reports sent more than 72 hours after delivery cannot be accepted. After we review your photos, we will choose the fix: we will either reprint and reship the damaged fans, or refund the damaged fans. Please keep the fans and packaging until your claim is settled.

Group (split-payment) orders

Group orders follow the God Glam It Group Payment Terms you accept at checkout. The organizer's deposit is non-refundable.
